WELCOME TO MY BLOG!
Our old-fashioned handcrafted soaps are made using the antique cold processed method of soap making, using only natural products and the best quality oils, being olive oil the primary and base oil. We handcrafted them in small batches to assure the freshness of our product, using a variety of natural oils, butters and botanical, essential oils, pure fragrances, and natural pigments, such as turmeric, cinnamon, paprika, chocolate powder, honey, just to named a few. All our coffee Soaps have been made with freshly brewed coffee. These natural ingredients are carefully chosen for their numerous benefits to the skin, and also for the moisturizing, and gently cleansing and natural exfoliating.
Why use Organic Soaps for bathing and skin care?
Most of the soaps that are sold in stores contain a large amount of chemicals, and if you take a close look at the label, most of them may say "humectant bar' "soft bar"; "moisturizing bar"; but none of them say "SOAP". So it is natural that you must feel concerned about the toxins that you and your family uses in your home. That is why you may want to switch to organic soap as a healthier alternative. We also have a line of unscented soaps for very sensitive skin or for persons that cannot bear any fragrance or aroma. Notice that our unscented Soaps will smell like the oils they are made of. If you do not like this smell, please buy some of our Scented Soaps.) Our honey base soaps smells like honey.
We use only three ingredients to make your soap:
- Pure high quality vegetable oils
- Water
- Sodium hidroxide,(*)
(*)Used during the saponification process to turn the oils into soap, but none of the lye remains in the finished product. So it is safe to use the soaps.
